“Hi Pippa, just letting you know that I’ve lost over a kilo in my first week after watching your course. It’s absolutely brilliant!! I’ve been eating at 10am, 2-3 and then 5-6. It’s made my sleep better, I wake up with a really flat stomach. This confirms what ive always thought is best. Eating late is the worst! I’ve not been super strict with potatoes, bread and any sugar but have eaten lots of cauliflower, chickpeas and spinach, protein with oats and milk for breakfast and more water intake. Feeling fab.”
